Back in Action!

It's been four months since my shoulder surgery. I had my last physical therapy session this morning and I've been released with no restrictions. My right arm is a little weak, but I've been doing strength training. I'm on watch for the first day of the season.

:grin: I Knew you would be back in time for spring especially after I saw video of you skate boarding 3 weeks after surgery .
I am sure your surgeon would have enjoyed seeing that

If I don't get a session soon, I think I'm going to lose it. The last four months have been very boring.
